About OUR WORK

InterACT English gGmbH is a non-profit and a leading practitioner of arts-integrated language education in Germany. For more than 16 years, we've worked directly in schools to design and deliver immersive English experiences that combine language learning with creativity, artistic practice and intercultural exchange.

Our approach starts from a simple belief: language is learned through lived experience. By bringing the arts into English education, we help students perceive, interpret and express their understanding of the world — linguistically, creatively and culturally.

Years of practice, research and collaboration with schools and cultural partners have shown us that a "core" subject like English is richer when it's embedded in creative projects and real immersion. The result is stronger language skills, greater creative confidence and broader intercultural awareness — especially for students who don't otherwise get these opportunities.

Our Mission
is to provide all students—regardless of socio-economic or educational background—with access to high-quality English immersion experiences that combine intercultural education, cultural exchange, and creative, arts-based projects.

Our Vision
Through these experiences, we aim to develop students’ appreciation of cultural diversity, strengthen their international communication skills, foster a lasting engagement with the arts, and support them in becoming conscientious global citizens.
